A little about the Sponge Dellen
With rich flavors of oyster mushrooms and field mushrooms, the Mushroom Dellen is ideal for everything from gravy and potatoes to quick snacks. With bite from chickpeas and carrots and a seasoning of cumin and parsley, the Mushroom Dellen has the perfect balance between freshness and richness.
Eat it hot or cold. Heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or 5 minutes in the oven at 175°C.
