Here's how you do it:

Start by 'squeezing' most of the liquid out of the pearl onions and pickles. It's important that you drain the liquid so that your remoulade doesn't become too watery. Then put both ingredients in a food processor and blend them together gently. The coarser you want your remoulade to be, the less time you need to blend them in the food processor. Then pour the blended pickles and pearl onions into a bowl.

Now add the plant drink, oil and apple cider vinegar to the food processor with salt, pepper and turmeric. Blend for about 1 minute or until creamy. Pour it into the bowl with your pickles and pearl onions and mix everything together in the bowl.

You can choose to put it in the fridge to let it set a little, or you can eat it straight away. Enjoy.

Tip: You can also add carrot to the mix!
