Date balls with black beans

Get out your food processor and first throw in your dates, black beans, some zest from your orange. Then squeeze the juice from the orange into the mixture and blend it together.
Once this is quickly blended, add the almonds, salt, coconut oil, cocoa and oats. Finally, pour the almond drink into the mixture and blend in the food processor again.
Now roll the date mixture into small balls and turn them in the coconut powder. You can, of course, skip this step or turn the date balls into something else.

NOTE: Place the balls in the fridge for a few hours if you want a firmer consistency!

300 grams of dates
200 grams of black beans
1 orange (some zest + juice)
50 grams of almonds
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
100 grams of oatmeal
1 bag of coconut flour
