Here's how you do it:

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil over a water bath. While it melts, remove the stones from the dates and blend them with 1-2 tbsp. cocoa nibs. Once blended a little, add the oats and peanuts (save a small amount of peanuts for later) and blend well.

Remember: The mass should have some texture.

Put baking paper in a mold and pour the mixture into the mold. Press it well into the mold - it should be as thin as possible. You can dip your fingers in water if it sticks too much.

Next, take your peanut butter and oat milk and blend it together until smooth. Spread the blended peanut butter over the mixture in the mold with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top and press them into the mixture.

Once the chocolate has melted, spread it over the mixture and smooth it out with a spatula. Finally, sprinkle some cocoa nibs on top. Place in the freezer for an hour and then it's ready to cut.

Enjoy!
