Burger with Organic Mushroom Patties & Coleslaw

Organic Mushroom Patties:
Pan-fry or deep-fry directly from frozen.
Coleslaw:
Chop the pickles and parsley. Chop the cabbage and onion and sprinkle with salt and massage lightly to extract the liquid. Drain off the liquid. Toss with mayonnaise, pickles and parsley.
Season to taste with lemon, salt & pepper.
Serve with fresh tomato and pickles.

- 10 pcs Burger bun
- 2 pcs. fresh tomato
- Pickles (as needed)
Coleslaw
- 300 g mayonnaise
- 200 g pickles
- 150 g pointed cabbage
- 150 g red cabbage
- 80 g onion
- 20 g parsley
