Slice the onion and shallots and sauté them in a pan until they get some color. Then throw in the garlic and let it sauté.
Then add 1 dl red wine and the vegetable stock cube and let the pot stand.
Then add the rest of the red wine and add 1 dl plant drink while stirring.
Then put the sauce in a blender to remove the lumps.
Then add 100 grams of butter to the pan to melt and then add 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir this together until the consistency is uniform.
You can then pour the sauce from the blender into the mixing bowl. Stir in another 1.5 dl plant drink, currant jelly, salt and pepper.
Finish with gravy powder and season to suit YOUR taste.

1 bouillon cube
1.5 dl red wine
2.5 dl plant drink
100 grams of butter
2 tbsp. Wheat flour
2 tbsp. Currant jelly
1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
