Basic mayonnaise

Pour the soy drink, lemon, salt, yeast flakes and pepper into a food processor. Then add oil while the machine is running until the mayonnaise is emulsified.
Once the mayonnaise has set, flavorings such as truffle oil or herbs can be blended in to give it your desired taste.

- 150 g soy drink
- 250 g Oil
- 25 g Lemon juice
- 8 g salt
- 5 g yeast flakes
- 1 g pepper
