Mushroom dumpling sandwich with pan-fried mushrooms, onions and pine nuts

Add oil to a medium-hot frying pan and add your mushrooms and onions. Turn them in the pan until browned and season with your favorite spices. Now put them in a bowl.
Slice a piece of French bread, or any kind of bread, and place it in the pan until it feels lightly toasted.
Once the bread is warm and browned, remove it from the pan and then fry your mushroom patties in the pan for a few minutes on each side.
Now take some of the mushroom and onion mixture from the bowl onto your bread and place the mushroom patties on top. Sprinkle pine nuts on top and you're ready to serve.

1 pack of mushroom dumplings
1 pack of mushrooms (white, brown or other)
1 handful of pine nuts
2 onions
A little oil for frying
Salt
Pepper
