Complete protein (rice)

Make sure the rice, lentils and quinoa are well rinsed. Put it in a saucepan with water, salt and possibly turmeric. Start by turning the heat all the way up until it boils (without a lid). When the water boils, turn the heat down (to 2 or 3), put a lid on the pot and let it boil for 15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave it covered for another 30 minutes before serving.

- 6 dl of water
- A small sprinkle of salt
- Possibly a pinch of turmeric
