Here's how you do it:

Heat the red cabbage in a saucepan for a few minutes. Pour a generous amount of oil into a hot frying pan and fry your mushroom steaks for a few minutes on each side. While they're frying, you can chop your apple into thin slices and get out the mayo, dried chopped onions, pickles or gherkins.

Once the mushroom patties are cooked, you can turn your burger buns in the oil to give them a little crispiness. Then spread the burger buns with mayo and add the patties, red cabbage, pickles to the burger. Top with brown sauce and chopped dried onions.
