Here's how you do it:

Organic dill cakes:
Reheat in oven or deep fry straight from frozen.

French fries:
Peel and cut potatoes into fries. Blanch the fries for 10 minutes until almost tender. Let the fries cool before frying them in hot oil in two batches. Toss in salt before serving.

Remoulade:
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Season to taste as needed.

Serve with green herb drizzle.
