Homemade wild garlic pesto

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend the pesto until it has a delicious consistency and season with salt and pepper.
Can be used as an accompaniment to many different things. Try it, for example, as a dip for our delicious Risotto Balls.

60 g wild garlic
60 g oil
30 g cashew nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
0.5 tsp. pepper
