Here's how you do it:

Coleslaw:
First cut the cabbage into quarters and then cut away the stem. Remove the outer leaves if they are bad. Cut 3/4 of the cabbage as finely as possible into small strips and place in a bowl. Peel and halve the onion, then slice the onion into thin strips and add to the bowl.
Cut the pickles into small pieces, chop the mint and parsley and add to the bowl. Salt and pepper are sprinkled into the bowl along with the juice of half a lemon.
Finally, add the mayo and mix everything together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly more mayo until the consistency and flavor are just right.

Burger:
Take Organic Mushroom Patties out of the packaging, coat one side with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on the grill (medium heat if possible), oil side down. Coat the other side with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
When the steak has a nice crust, turn it over and cook on the other side. The burger buns are also cooked on the grill.

Once everything is grilled, the burger is assembled. First spread the bottom of the bun with a good dollop of mayo and then add the Organic Mushroom Patties, barbecue sauce, two slices of tomato, the homemade coleslaw and finally close the burger with the top bun.
