Crispy falafel with hummus

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air. Place your baking sheet, lined with baking paper, with crispy falafels in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Get out your food processor and add the chickpeas, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, water, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Blend for about 1 minute and then add the tahini before blending again.
Now pour it into a bowl, deep dish or other type of container. Top with a little chili flakes if you like - and you have a super delicious, creamy hummus for your crispy crispy falafels! You're welcome.
