Sweet potato chips

Rinse the sweet potatoes and remove the bottom and top. Then slice them as thinly as possible. Preferably using a mandolin slicer.
Spread them well on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and pour a little oil over them. Sprinkle with salt and possibly smoked paprika or other favorite spices.
Bake in the oven at 140 degrees fan oven with oven heat for two hours.
This recipe can of course be used on any kind of root vegetable chips.

A small amount of oil
A little salt
Smoked paprika, regular. Paprika or other spice.
