Broccolini with Crispy Falafel & Cashew Cream

Prepare the Crispy Falafel according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, take the broccolini, rinse it and place it in a hot pan with plenty of oil.
Once they have cooked for a moment, cut the lemon in half and place one half in the pan with the broccolini with the flesh facing the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Make sure to turn the broccolini regularly.
Once cooked on all sides, arrange on a plate with cashew cream on the bottom, broccolini on top and Crispy Falafel around the broccolini. Place the finely chopped fennel on top of the broccolini and sprinkle some chili flakes and the juice from the roasted lemon on top. The lemon is also placed on the plate as part of the garnish. Place some fresh parsley on top.
