10-minute chocolate mousse

Bring the almond milk to the boil. While the milk is heating, remove the stones from the dates and put them in a food processor (or blender). Add the black beans and salt and then blend everything together. Once the almond milk has boiled, slowly add it to the mixture. When the mousse has a good consistency, pour it into a bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.
Once the mousse has cooled, pour it into smaller bowls and garnish with berries and fresh mint. Unless, of course, you're just going to eat it all yourself, then garnish it directly into the big bowl, grab a spoon and dig in (as the kids might still say).
