Mint cream
Go back to all recipesHere's how you do it:
You start by taking your food processor (or hand blender). Take your mint and remove the stems. Then you add soy drink, salt, pepper, yeast flakes, oil and the juice of a whole lemon. Then we blend.
Season to taste to your liking.
Enjoy!

1 packet of mint / 17g
2 dl soy drink
1 tsp salt

2 tsp yeast flakes
3 dl oil
