Here's how you do it:

Grill the dill patties on the grill (both sides). When they are almost done, grill the hot dog bun as well.
When the bread is done, remove it from the grill and cut the dill patties in half.

Spread the inside of the hot dog bun with mayonnaise and place 3 half dill patties on one side of the bun. Place a good amount of coleslaw on top of the patties to fill the bun. Sprinkle with roasted onions if desired.
